Concrete can be made look very unique using different types of finishes
Float or Smooth Trowell Finish
Skip floats are also known as easy floats or bull floats can be finished with hand or automotic [helicopter] trowelling to a smooth finish. Is the perfect finish for small pathways and patios. The standard finish for slabs, ready for tiling or other floor finishings.
Standard Broom Finish
Can be know "brushed concrete" Places fine lines cross the driveway or pathway created by drawing a broom across the concrete to give it a rough surface. Creates a non-slip finish perfect for sloping pathways and driveways.
Cove Trowell Finish
The Trowell finish can crete a half circular fan shaped effect, this finish comes after the surface has been floated. Will create a non-slip finish great for for sloping pathways and driveways.
Spanish Finish is an application - after the concrete is laid two top coats or more are applied; polymer-modified, cement-based plaster is used to achieve an undulating adobe-style finish or traditional Spanish Swipe - Mexican Hacienda style. This finish needs to be diiscussed with the the team before proceeding. A trial sample is highly recommended.
Like the Spanish finish the Stucco finish is an application and as such the the same applications apply.. Simily results can be acheived with exposed aggregate
Colours can be added to concrete
Concrete can be coloured select one of the many colours that can be blended into the concrete mix to create a coloured surface.
